  OBSERVED MOLD ON SOME WALLS, CEILING AND SHELF SURFACES DUE TO WATER LEAK THIS PAST WINTER.
  OBSERVED A PORTION OF THE CEILING THE CAME DOWN DUE TO THE WATER DAMAGE. CLEAN THE SURFACES.
  EITHER PAINT THE WOOD STUDS AND PLYWOOD CEILING OR REPAIR THE DAMAGED PORTION OF THE CEILING
  WITH DRYWALL SO IT IS EASILY CLEANABLE.

       The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.

       (1)     The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
   
       (2)     Cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed such as after closing.
       This requirement does not apply to cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident.
